Son of Sardaar 2 movie Review

Analysis of the film Son of Sardar 2 Ajay Devgn, Mrunal Thakur, and Ravi Kishan were the cast. Vijay Kumar Arora, director Evaluation:  For a brief minute, set aside the review. I would like to commend the person doing Ajay Devgn's makeup (and undoubtedly some digital touch-up on the face) because, at 56, he looks like he's in his 30s in Son of Sardaar 2. You may anticipate that this movie would be a forgettable comedy or, worst, a meaningless follow-up. Upon settling into my seat, I thought, "It's both." On the other hand, what I observed on my way out pleasantly surprised me. SOS 2 accepts all of its silliness, and it manages to work somehow.

Returning to the role of simpleton Jassi, Ajay is called to London by his wife (Neeru Bajwa) to get a divorce. While he waited for her in Punjab, she moved on after working there for several years. He encounters Rabia (Mrunal Thakur), a member of an all-girl wedding dhol band, since he has nowhere else to go. Saba (Roshni Walia), her sister, is interested in marrying Raja's (Ravi Kishen) son. Raja has an obsession with "breed"—it should be excellent for both humans and animals. He insists on seeing Saba's parents, who are no longer living. Thus, Rabia takes on the role of mother and Jassi, posing as a Colonel, takes on the role of father. Drama is also in the air.

From the start, SOS 2 has a strong hold on its genre, which is to its advantage. The writing here doesn't rely on references or jokes from the original, in contrast to the traditional sequels. It has nothing to do with the original SOS. The screenplay is straightforward and mostly on schedule. The humor quotient increases as more characters start to appear after the first half starts slowly. The light-hearted writing by Mohit Jain and Jagdeep Singh Sidhu keeps the action moving. If making you laugh was a competition, the first half would win, even though it lags in certain spots.

It wouldn't have been feasible without the cast. Ajay leads the movie well and still has that silly smile 13 years after SOS. Ravi Kishen, however, is fantastic in the role of the thug. The joy in SOS 2 is actually brought about by the many one-liners that are delivered with excellent timing by seasoned actors like Deepak Dobriyal, who plays a man who has made the decision to change his gender. It isn't a dumb piece. Imagine getting away with taking on a topic like the tensions between India and Pakistan on celluloid in 2025! Once more, the performers are the ones who alter the written content.

Mrunal has a good sense of humor and fits right in with the chaos. Roshni does a good job in her role, and Vindu Dara Singh and the late Mukul Dev make people laugh as the silly sidekick. Kubbra Sait has little work to do here. While Son of Sardaar 2 isn't very brilliant or even essential, it is a master of its craft. Somehow, it marches to the beat of its own insanity, discards reason, and brings in a dhol band. You won't detest the noise either.
